 This isn't a mini, and should probably be in some sort of death thread, but we are probably about to see a Batman/Big Bang Theory miniatures game mash up that I literally cannot begin to fathom. Also the comments section is full of people asking if the new thing might be the replacement parts KM owe most of their customers which is both hilariously bad marketing and validates my decision to stop buying their stuff last year.

I sometimes wonder if the reason so many of that type of model are well painted is the owner wants an excuse to stare at them for hours.

I mean, it's a better job than your average 3-color "battle ready" from someone just trying to get an army done or an "eBay pro-painted", but it's pretty sloppy for a display piece. There's tidemarks all over where shade wash was used. There's visible mistake spots. That base isn't even touched save for some airbrush over-spray from basecoating. The poster claims it's "Finished" and (SOLD), so I'll guess all the effort put in was just to sell it to some hornball commission.
