Nah. It's been well over 2 decades and every single bit of info we have indicates Lowtax had absolutely no skill at making or managing money. Every partnership early on turned out bad, every outpouring of money and support whenever it looked bad got pissed away, and Rich has skidoo dealership owner ideas of wealth/luxury.
