All the other pictures of that model that are painted up have clothes on, so I'm guessing it's just dumb skintight clothes or something because Kingdom Death

The flowing hair curls down in the first picture but mostly curves up in the second. Anyhow, my first thought was the creators did a pin up version for the horn dogs and a slightly less pin up version for people with a modicum of shame.

Here's an unspiration motherlode from the kickstarter preview for Millenium Wars: https://www.themillenniumwar.com/prototypegallery On the one hand these are prototypes but the site reads "This is just intended to show the progress and level of detail of the miniatures." so yeah  This is a  254mm tall miniature. The entire gallery is worth a look. I have no idea how a ton of these would translate into any mass producible medium. This whole project gives a very "tons of enthusiasm and no idea what they're doing" vibe.

This is an incredible website, right down to the discussion of “skins” for heroes. Do yourself a favor and read that newspost. I think that these could work if they’re just selling files, but the sheer complexity of some of these models means that anything resembling mass production is going to be an absolute nightmare - they’re essentially sized as boutique kits, but the detail is weird and not in any places I’d expect to see - it’s mostly weird floating greeblies that make everything look cluttered. I think they might be working with a CG designer who hasn’t done tabletop before, because looking at these from a sculptor’s perspective, they’re really “video game-y” - the posing manages to look really static despite how busy everything is, there’s a ton of super-fine details that don’t need to be there (like the constant wisps of energy coming from every surface on some of them) while the anatomy for faces/body proportions is kinda flat, and the size choices are odd, to say the least. Take Narges (lady with spear and shield) for example: the shaft of the spear should be much thicker, or it’ll snap super easily. She also has no muscle definition anywhere, and while they’re going for a charging, dynamic pose, there’s no clear lines of action, so it looks like she’s just kinda standing stiffly. That’s fixable by loosening the pose and showing some muscle groups standing out a bit, which should be easy for a 3.5” miniature. Thy could also reduce the number of floaty things and actually have them convey motion by relating them to how the model is meant to be moving. The design for the “armor” is straight-up baffling: some sort of metal hot pants made of pipes or something? I actually like some of the designs in theory - the big dude with faces going out of its skin? Could be cool. But then you get to the weird minotaur that looks like it’s taking a dump or sitting on a throne which is actually a shield, or the model that is so unbalanced with pointless additional cloth that it needs additional support to not fall over, and it’s back to “what are they doing?” Seeing as it’s supposedly MOBA-inspired from what I can gather, I think they took the idea of busy designs that look okay in motion and forgot that they’ll be completely static.
