Maybe slightly but the fact that things are the way they are now indicates they learned nothing from 2016 and will similarly disregard this election.

It's not that they learned nothing; it's that they're actively opposed on an ideological level to "moving left." It's basically the same as expecting the Republican Party to "move left" in response to losing; they're opposed on a basic ideological level, so they aren't going to do that even if there was some thorough proof that it was great for electability.

Exactly this. Arizona could still throw a wrench in Trump's chances if it flips as hoped, but otherwise it is almost certainly all on Pennsylvania. It's a near certainly that the Dems have the votes in Pennsylvania, but Republicans will fight like hell in court to keep them from being counted.
Why does everyone forget Pennsyltucky? The Dems never have PA locked. Just because it's technically the Northeast doesn't mean it's automatically blue.

No poo poo. They're always so quick to compromise rightward, but constantly poo poo on their own left wing. Biden told me three separate times not to vote for him in this election

Trump has underperformed in these kinds of places compared to 2016 which is why it's so close

OH just turned pale red in the AP projection, but with 30% of the votes to count and .7% lead Dem, I think it's as good as gone. EDIT: down to .1% lead while I was typing this.
EDIT2: Trump ahead .3% while I was typing the first edit.

NC within .5% difference with the count at 86% votes for AP, but a trend towards red.

Ohio absentee ballots can be postmarked up through the day before election day (must arrive by the 13th), so there is a possibility some votes won't be counted until days from now. My ballot took three days to reach the local board of elections when I mailed it in the first half of October.

Buying a rifle was with the stimulus was definitely the right call but even if you had it's drat near impossible to get ammo on the cheap now. Most gun stores can't keep .556 or .22 in stock and I doubt that will change until after the new year.

Again we will need to see breakdowns to even find out. If Trump's threats of socialism/high taxes/etc are what made the difference then it is entirely possible running left isn't possible in current America.

We really have to see what shapes up after.

I don’t think it’s going to be depoliticization as much as it is a realignment, probably along cultural lines like Matt Christman said.
