Think about it this way: 538 is giving Biden a higher chance of carrying Texas than Trump has of carrying Florida. If either of these go blue Trump is doomed.

This is gonna be the first election night I haven't spent in a newsroom. At least in 2016, I had work to do and was only occasionally checking in on the results. Dire as they were, I didn't really have the ability to marinate in the horror. Now that I'm out of the newspaper industry, I'm extremely anxious about how I'll be done with work and have absolutely nothing to do but drink, stress, and consume election coverage all night long
