Biden is going to eek out a narrow victory (though the final electoral college will look significantly larger, possibly north of 300 EVs if he gets Georgia). The GOP is going to let Trump lose because they realize the shift in the electorate has happened, will cement itself, and all they need to do is weather the next four years while they ID a more competent fascist who can come in and stoke the flames again except not gently caress everything up massively while in office.
