Some people around him definitely thought it was going to be a landslide, but his staff seems pretty convinced he had always planned to fight Pennsylvania's mail in ballots. Seems like what happened is Arizona going blue put them on the back foot long enough messaging wise that by the time they got their poo poo together MI and WI had flipped as well.
