What if the virus is the microchip, and it lets China remotely control you?But yes, the only way you can square the two is if the real conspiracy is "I don't like change in my routine  " because in the swamp of pop culture that Q draws from, lab designed bioweapons are generally not a reason to not worry about something or write it off as 'just the flu'.
