I don't think it was accidentally scheduled at all. Trump tweeted earlier in the day "will have a conference at Four Seasons!!" -- not Four Seasons Landscaping, as in his subsequent tweets -- so I think he just tweeted it arbitrarily and expected that someone else would make it happen, as people have his entire life. His aides probably then called the Four Seasons hotel and were turned down for the first time ever, because that company saw how the wind was blowing and they didn't want the optics. So the aides had to scramble to book something called "Four Seasons" where he could speak, and this was what they came up with. The part about it being real-life Veep is spot-on. Just since I actually know about this hotel, you can't really have a conference directly outside the Four Seasons Philadelphia as it's not it's own building. It's just the 48th - 56th floors of the Comcast Center. Would have been some good OSHA content though to see Rudy doing a press conference that far up in a windows washing harness or something.
