I dunno what a "Joe Beef" is so I'll take another crack at it. You all know the 'can of beans wrapped in a tortilla' image. Well imagine that, but instead of beans it's a can of Chef Boy'Ardee Spahgettios that's been frozen to retain its tubular shape when pushed out, and delightfully coated with authentic mexican spice 'Cardamom' then tastefully wrapped and presented with a glass of skim milk.

I won't lie. I've always wanted to try casu marzu just like that pic. I dunno that I'd enjoy it, I dunno that I'd care. I'd just love the experience, I think, and even if it's slightly wasted (I wouldn't get such a big serving) I'd still rock on with my bad self.

I dunno, just looks like pickled fat to me. Lots of people eat pickled fat of some kind. Not my deal, maybe, but depending I could give it a whirl. poo poo between me and a couple other folks out here we eat pickled eggs of all things, and all things considered that might be grosser than this, and those things loving rock so, I dunno. I eat pickled fish. I'm guessing it's way more a texture thing than any flavor issue. Like if that was room temp as opposed to ice cold, or really hot or something, poo poo, you could honk that down. It'd be like beef jerky soaked in sweet/sour vinegar that got a little too funky.
