Sup ITFHO, and TC in general. I have been very good all week but now I'm getting trashed. I just smoked a pinch of weed and am getting ready to enjoy a lazy afternoon. Maybe play some Breath of the Wild, maybe do some reading, maybe do some sculpting. Some of my friends got heavy into white claws over the summer, but I think they've all gone back to beer now, maybe because of seasonality. Not sure what my go-to drink will be this winter, so I'm open to any suggestions. |

I grow my own every spring and summer but order seeds the rest of the year (you gotta make sure they're *unwashed* seeds). Do your research on dosage and smart small, but I firmly believe it's a safer alternative to alcohol. Much easier on your liver, brain, and blood enzymes. the poppy seed tea subreddit has good resources. Again, start lower doses (around 50-100 gs of seeds or dried pods), and find a seed seller that specifically states they're unwashed. Then just put it in hot water (<175f), shake, filter and drink.
