I've gotten three new autumn recipes so far today. I feel a little guilty since there are goons who are still missing a bunch. I have Cheri staying at my campsite again today. (I didn't remember her previous visit, but my husband did  ) I'm ready to get rid of someone (preferably Renee or Ursala) but I don't want to replace either of them with Cheri.

Wow, this seems like a pretty robust update! More hairstyles, more reactions, more storage... IMO that stuff is even more exciting than Turkey Day and Toy Day. Though I hope the bit with Franklin means we can grow more vegetables. I'd love to turn my pumpkin patch into a farm. According to Reddit, the update also includes the ability to visit random dream islands, something special for New Year's, and the ability to view your catalog in the Nintendo Online app.

Yeah it's a Carnivale event called Festivale and the character is Pave a peacock who loves to dance. Festivale is the last major holiday they need to add to have parity with past titles and the last one before we go back to Bunny Day. It makes me wonder if they're gonna improve the holidays for year 2 because I don't think anyone wants to go back to egg hell.

This is my first AC game, I started playing in May so I guess Bunny Day and May Day will be the last "new" events for me. From what I can tell they're actually trying to refresh the events a bit and give new roles to the existing characters which is nice.
