I've known about that poor dog since I was a kid and it actually makes me feel better that someone (2 people actually) really did try to get him. I don't blame the good Professor Farquahrson for giving up after the dog bit him and wouldn't come, he barely escaped with his life as it was. I don't blame the dog for biting either, thing must have been scared out of its mind. Tragic all around, but a little bit better than I'd known.
