 This dev has released a whole bunch of identical-looking VR games, which probably never sell much on their own, averaging between 0 to 5 user reviews each. But they've also started doing big bundles of all their games, making a new one for each release. So there's a bundle with 21 games, one with 22, another with 23... 90% off! Best value! And perhaps most interestingly, the bundles gather together all the individual reviews of the products contained within and because that total goes above a certain threshold, all of a sudden the latest bundle has a "Mostly positive rating" out of 44 reviews! Now this is what I call gaming the system (possibly unintentionally). You'll get to overwhelmingly positive one day, buddy!
