Employers should pay you your wage while commuting, like, you're not travelling for fun, it's for work and therefore it is work. Enforcing this would also motivate companies to allow people to WFM whenever possible.

Got the humble thing for One Step From Eden and I've unlocked like five characters and one alt form for the default and I don't know why everyone except for the default character seems so awful. I can consistently get to world like 6-7 but on any other character I want quit after like the first world

Nearing the end of Control, and this game is so good. I think I will need to read up on the story and themes afterwards though because I am too stupid to understand what this game is about and is trying to say.

I am coming into a bit of money and one thing I'm looking to get is a new graphics card. Should I just hold out until the 3070 comes back in stock or am I just getting swept up in the hype. Also I have a 6 core processor (AMD FX-6300) should I look into upgrading that too? I don't know what any of the numbers mean on these things anymore, I just want to play games good.

The 3070 has a 45% increase in performance rate over the 2070 and a 200% increase over the 970 which has been the workhorse card for the last 5 years or so. The 2060 is a 75% increase over the 970. The 3070, unless they make an amazing new 4070 card, will be one of the best cards not only on the market, but for gaming period. They're also not horrifically expensive if you don't buy from a scalper. I would strongly recommend, if you have the time and effort, putting the work in to get one. (This means checking twitter constantly, setting up discord alerts, and setting alarms for the millisecond they are in stock.)

I recently upgraded my RAM, I guess I could get a better power supply? I have a 620 watt one but I think the 3070 recommends a 650w. If that's not really critical, this is kind of a new PC to me and the graphics card is the oldest part on it so I can wait a few months until they're more available.

Not sure, my save file on xbox doesnt say. 10 - 15 hours? I started the game on Saturday night, so not long at all. I just finished it and it was amazing. This is absolutely one of my top favorite games now. At no point did I ever feel annoyed by anything with the gameplay or pacing. Control is close to perfect with what it was trying to achieve.

got bored so decided to check out The Game awards because well they're wrong every year anyway mostly, but its fun to look back at see with the benefit of retrospect which games actually stood the test of time like how movies do when some movies win best picture and within a few years are just forgotten (or in the cases of Crash and Green Book so manifestly wrong everyone starts hating everything) 2016 is fun because it went to Overwatch and then now you have Doom 2016 which is in the poll up top for game of the decade (poll not having Bloodborne is a sin) 2014 to Dragon Age:Inquisition over Shadow of Mordor (along with Alien: Isolation and Wolfenstein: The New Order not even being nominated) i love retrospect

Game of the Year winners 2017 - 2019 were on the mark, but lol at Overwatch winning in 2016. That is just a thing. This award show is really not relevant or valid though because the internet votes. Everyone just likes this award show for the video game announcements and trailers.

Hell they can't even get out of the nominee phase without loving up - the best album of 2020 is Fiona Apple's Fetch the Bolt Cutters by all metrics and it isn't up for Album of the Year but Coldplay is. Its like they aren't even capable of succeeding.
