I restarted steam at midnight and it said "preloading" and gave a 10 minute time. I quit steam and rebooted my PC and restarted steam and now it says "downloading" and is giving me a 6 minute time. tl;dr, reboot steam again if it's being slow.

Character creation pro tip there’s a blue tint to the light in creation and things will be brighter paler out in the world. Or at least that’s the case for Xbox.

I did the second steam download but clicking play still shows the "not yet released message" on the steam homepage it is showing 3.5 hours left. I wonder if it gets released based on the timezone of the steam server and not my machine.

Went into GeForce now, and the game wants me to sign into my GOG account, even though I bought the game on steam. But I can't log in, via Geforce or directly from GOG's website. I think their servers might be getting hammered or something. e: I think I got in after a few tries
