Yeah, my PC is decent and plays it fine, seen one glitch but I do have an NVME SSD. PS4 (including PS4 Pro) is slow enough to fail to meaningfully benefit from the addition of an SSD due to the way it puts data on/takes it off the disk, so the texture loading thing makes sense. Love the "get a PS5" comment, though. I straight up alrady bought Demon's Souls digital deluxe but can't find a drat PS5 (for MSRP) at all.
