After Thanksgiving every year I futilely attempt to listen to the podcasts I added but didn’t listen to earlier in the year. Listened to an Observer Live from March 3rd today. drat feels like a different world, Jim Valley and Bryan talking about Shayna’s Wrestlemania push and Roman beating Goldberg in another coronation attempt. No talk of Covid. Next episode I have is March 6th and it starts with “well the XFL is doing empty arena matches because of the corona virus, weird, anyway on with wrestling.”

Like the 3 hour RAW, once you let that genie out of the bottle, all they think about is maximizing revenue. I'm honestly surprised the change to a 40 person Royal Rumble wasn't permanent. It isn't like WWE to notice something sucked and stop doing it.

This is true, but honestly, two 3/4 hour shows of Mania is much easier to get through than one seven hour show. I’d be very happy if that part was a permanent switch. I was at WrestleMania 35, and I had a blast, but my god, I didn’t get home until 1 am, and it was a work night. I was begging for the main event to go quick.

Sounds like she is mostly unresponsive, not getting up for food or anything. Apparently she can nod or shake her head and has some small amount of awareness though. Really sad for Dave.
