Aren't those Unity games though? I feel like that engine is designed for extremely quickly and cheaply slapping a 3D model on screen and moving it around, hence the prevalence of unity asset flips. I feel like Haydee is probably as close as you can get to a standalone porn mod as you can get.

Yeah, Unity, similar to other widely-accessible game creation engines like RPGMaker or the like, is the haven of shovelware trash not because it's a bad engine, but because anybody with free time and $50 can churn out something with the lowest effort possible. You can do fantastic things with both but that requires effort, and knowing how to design games, and giving a gently caress. Either way, the accessibility is what makes it so popular for making low-budget trash on, not any sort of fault or flaw in the engine itself. The primary reason that Unity has a bad reputation is that if you make a game with the free version you need to have their splash screen but if you are serious enough to buy it you don't so a lot of trash has the Unity branding front and center while the ones with serious effort don't.

I would think part of the appeal of the original character design is that you basically wanna boink a leggy android with an iPhone aesthetic. Some people gently caress their cars after all, but they seem pretty harmless.  I'm sure if I were to actually read some of the posts screaming for her to be faceless there'd be plenty of counterpoints, but I want to give some benefit of the doubt to the robophiles.
