During one of the primary debates, after Mayo Pete gave an answer about something (I think re: M4A), like two or three candidates (including Bernie) kept talking about "nibbling around the edges" of the issue and grinning. Might've been coincidence or wishful thinking but it was def after pete being a rat became a big meme and I feel like there's a decent chance they were doing it on purpose
