I was expecting this thread to be all alight with Cyberpunk, and I wasn't disappointed. Full disclosure though, I still unironically love this janky-rear end game. From what I've gathered, the file size issue mostly hits people who really go full ham exploiting the crafting thing, where you can craft consumables and disassemble them for more materials than you used on them, to make like several thousands of healing hypos to sell for cash. My understanding is theres a dupe glitch, and people were crafting tons of med packs, because med packs follow different rules and can be dismantled into higher quality materials. So my understanding is people who did this really went out of their way to break the game loop and while that should be their right and it should be fixed it sounds like you really need to push to get yourself in that position.

Right, but it's been ages since I've seen a glitch with the absolutely perfect deadpan comedy of "the gods know what you've done," and now suddenly Cyberpunk is churning out tons of them. Granted, that might just be a matter of logistics; the game does have an insane number of bugs

it's a minor bug, but the way the UI just breaks randomly for some reason while Day9 was playing MTG: Arena is really funny to me it would be like having the estus flask icon fill up a quarter of the screen for two seconds every time you select it, and sections of text, names, etc are just randomly not there, but otherwise the game functions entirely normally mechanically. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GHz03qcWJcs&hd=1&t=5403s "what's happening here, says [chat person]?
