Just like the Bolshevik party did with all those disaffected soldiers of the Russian imperial army who took part in world war I

He did a tour where he realized he was completely wrong and then got an education on the govt's dime before he hosed off.

Gazpacho posted:the discharge put him on the hook for his tuition btw, so i guess he's legit proletarianized now i thought west point was straight-up tuition free? i suppose putting in a clawback provision if you get discharged, drop out, or transfer would be a good way to keep cadets. i have no idea how comissions and military academies work. when i joined the army and subsequently sustained an injury that kept me from going to basic, they just had me sign a form and that was that. i was exempt from the poverty draft. I had a wrestling teammate that went to wrestle at west point but he transfered after a year after getting really into Jesus. id ask him what his tuition situation was but he upped and died while training for a marathon in his early 20s.

Pretty much the peak of thinktank-y campaign teams huffing their own farts, I'd put it above all the Warren stuff.

lol just remembered the Bohemian Grove. The juxtaposition between conspiracy dumbasses like alex jones making it out to be a serious shadowy cabal and a threat to our democracy and Nixon, the most powerful man in the world at the time, calling it (quoting directly here) “the faggiest goddamn thing”. All those rich and powerful gathering in a “secret” spot you’d think they’d be up to something but all they do is get served BBQ, act like spoiled kids, set a cool owl sculpture on fire and go glamping.
