Someone that organized this, with a posted plan showing this is step one in a plan to remove the government would could get it I'd think, but a random cross section of people are going to reveal that many just showed up without any longtern plans or people that are true believers in qanon stuff who will claim they were 'trying to meet with congress', and now it will become someone's job to prove beyond a reasonable doubt they had or participated in plans. Basically most of the people there are probably incapable of machinations and therefore it seems hard to show they had any. I'm interested in seeing the legal eagle video though, because he'll actually look or know cases I imagine.
