When all your blue chips that dominate the market start projecting YoY revenue drops, there's no fundamentals to hang onto and incremental stimulus by manipulating the bond market is harder to do "The defecit myth" is a great read btw and probably the best way to get any sort of socialist system implemented (by pleasing the mega corps unfortunately)
