Haha, yes, that is the one. I had definitely heard it in other commercial musical contexts (though I had never heard it outside the Demoscene when I first used it) so I figured it must be well-known but somehow I had never thought to actually look for it. Thanks!

NO TENGO SCORPIO

There once was a normal looking web forum where people would arrange and review verbal fights with each other. Like they’d post some text lost insults to a thread and then arrange a time to meet on some early mid 2000s voice chat app and insult each other back and for and would record it and post it back in the thread and people would comment on who was the better insulter. That was the entire purpose of the board. They were NOT rap battles.

I have no idea what it was called but would like to prove to someone that it existed.

I want the CD that came with this book. I have been looking for it for decades and never found a copy; i have bought multiple copies of the book in the hopes they would include the CD, but they didn't. If some goon happens to have it somewhere I will pay you real, genuine money for it, whether the CD itself or an ISO of its contents.

A very long while back, maybe even SA like, 1.1, there was a 'make cover songs not in the style they're originally in' thread here. And I downloaded some of them, and over the years and the laptop disasters have lost them all, does anybody else remember, and were they saved on any other site?

I distinctly remember there was a version of Kashmir done EDM, and one of Space Oddity done lounge singer style.

It was all goon musicians, if that rings a bell?

There was this cartoon I remember seeing in the 80's that had to do with Glo-worms or maybe had the word Glo or Glow in the title i think. It was on a VHS tape along with the Care-Bears cartoon series, although I'm not sure if it was made by the same company.

This is kind of vague, but someone tweeted about working as a server and someone famous was a guest and his food order was messed up somehow. The server apologised and the celebrity said something along the lines of "don't worry, they be like that sometimes". The celebrity in question then actually responded to the tweet once it blew up. Any idea what I'm talking about?

I have the "Absolutely MAD" DVD; it has every issue in it. I extracted all the PDFs so I can search the contents in Windows. Do you have any other search terms besides LSD?

edit: I went through 26 issues that had "LSD" in them and none matched what you are saying. But if "LSD" was written as a drawing instead of text, it won't come up in my searches.

I've been looking for a commercial I can only remember a bit of. It would have been early 90s, and I remember the announcer saying in a very snappy delivery "You hit the snooze bar, you hit the snooze bar, you hit the shower." I feel like it was maybe a soap commercial based on that, but I can't remember any more of it.

Something I saw on Australian TV when I was ~6. (1996-1998)

A magician/illusionist type with sunglasses and a Duke Nukem-esque blonde haircut duelling an inflatable clown with a foil. (Possibly an American show)

I think he also performed a illusion that shrunk him to dwarf size in a different section of the show.

Been trying to find this for 20 years.

There's this book I read when I was a child, about a tiny invisible man who finds some slippers and walks around with them, getting a bunch of attention. I remember really liking the art style, been trying to find it for decades.

Also, there was this TV movie about a lady who died and was revived, and a bunch of ghosts were inhabiting the bodies of the recently dead to try and kill her.

Oh I think I can find this one in my collection because I remember it. I think it's an Aragones. Give me a bit to dig. There is a chance I however remember it from a collection volume that I don't own, but got from the library once upon a time.

E: No luck. Found an Aragones I might have confused it with, though it wasn't very similar. Might be able to do a deeper look when I have the time.

A Youtube video that I found several years ago while on a binge of flash flood videos. I think it was shot somewhere in the Pacific Northwest and it was of a river/stream that was full of gloopy mud from a glacial melt (?) instead of water. It was thin enough to flow like water, though. The video was probably like 10 minutes long and the mud got thicker and higher as the video went on. There were a number of people hanging around watching it, and at one point the cameraman and his family came across someone who was a friend of a friend and they shook hands and chatted about mutual acquaintances.

I have a movie I'm trying to identify, but I don't have much to go on. Throughout the 2000s, I was downloading :filez: faster than I could ever watch them. Fast-forward a while later, and I had forgotten what it was, the file name was no help and whoever ripped it cut the credits off presumably to save a few precious mb. Fast-forward to the early 2010s and when it was uploaded to my Plex server, it was misidentified.

Although I started to watch it a few times, I never made it more than 5 minutes into it before shutting it off thinking it was going to turn into torture porn that was popular in the 2000s. While I'm a big horror fan, that subgenre just isn't for me...but I don't know for sure that it was.

All I know is that it was a horror movie that most likely made between 2005 and 2010. It started off in the woods and there were two women who I believe were being kept in pits in the ground or similar. They escape and start running and are chased by their captor. They're both filthy and wearing tattered clothes and I feel like it's raining during the opening scene too.

I know it's not much to go on, but if it turns out to be more of a revenge movie than torture porn, I might finally watch this mystery movie just so I'll stop thinking about it every once in a while.

Hi, I'm looking for an indie movie that I saw in late 90's.

It was about a gay actor who was getting small roles, he was living with a room mate who was a woman, the lead actor looked a bit like Bruce Campbell..

Once he was playing a policeman on some show, and on a break he went to a bank and a suddenly a robbery played out, The robber thought he was a real policeman
and committed a suicide.

I think Seth Green was in the film too. I have tried browsing his filmography but nothing has ringed a bell, maybe the dude just looked like Seth Green.

I also remember the film was Canadian. It was shown on Finnish tv on a series of indie and cult films called 'Love and Anarchy'.

I’m looking for a short film that was shown to myself and my classmates during rainy days at recess (1980s).

Myself and a couple of classmates are currently scratching our heads trying to figure out what it was. There were loud car sound effects, sped-up driving sections, a closeup of a mans mouth speaking quickly, and at the end there was an animated butt with wings flying into a spinning vortex.

I probably sound insane. Don’t remember any specific plot or anything beyond it being about some sort of Pandora’s Box. But we’ve been scratching our heads for years trying to figure it out.

I'm looking for an indie movie from 2000-2005ish about two 20-somethings working in a movie rental place. It's a guy that is in love with his coworker and she's not interested but they hang out all the time. He's a loving creep, though.

The only thing I remember is that they are watching porn together (casually like you'd watch any normal movie) and he says that he has a bigger dick than the dude in the movie. She doesn't believe him and he goes, "If I'm right, I get to sleep in your bed tonight" and then it cuts to them in bed, clothed, looking really put-off.
