What is even going on with atomic mass games? They have a small little press release about taking over all the FFG starwars minis games hidden away on their site and nothing else. When was the last time we had any info on new releases?

Idk about X-Wing, but Legion had the (likely) final FFG spoiler for the Republic and Separatist Specialist personnel packs published on the the 6th of this month. Was there even anything in the pipeline for X-Wing? Those Legion packs were announced back in August, but I’ve not really kept up since then for various life events (evacuating a hurricane during a pandemic being one of those, aka “the coronacaine clusterfuck”). e: Slave I et al were announced around the same time, and just hit shelves this month. Was anything announced after that?

They're probably still in the handover phase, stuff will be coming out in April May that was done by ffg team. It's a fairly long pipeline, so their product announcements are likely months away.

AMG is doing a Star Wars livestream on teh 2nd. Probably just showing Legion I bet. Also A large base ship with 2 agility, 10 hull, three shields, evade action?. As well, has boost, absolutely broken dial for a big ship, allows regen of n1 ships. Also Obi Crew that lets you roll an additional green die. Haven't read the entire thing yet, so there's probably more dumb poo poo in there.

At this point I'm so checked out of X-Wing that it will take a lot more than "more of the same" to get me back into the game. I have absolutely no interest in playing the standard 200 point, 75-minute style anymore. The time limit forces a lot of gameplay decisions that are designed to game the points system vs actually engaging with your opponent. I'm probably the only person who was disappointed that they weren't making a 3.0 already.

I feel bad that AMGs first real interaction with the community is a stream thats just showcasing a bunch of stuff FFG worked on, and some up in the air hopes about in person events coming back. All while having to watch a massive diarrhea stream that is twitch chat with all its dumbass questions.

Turn off twitch chat? I thought they were engaging hosts presenting new items they had zero involvement in creating. We won’t see AMG stuff for a year, so I don’t blame anyone for checking out until then. It’s not like we’re going to be playing in person until then anyway (US anyway).
