I was in the grocery store the other day wearing my Renault F1 Team facemask (thanks again ilmucche!) and a security guard came up to me as asked if it was an actual Renault mask. I said yes and he said he was a fan and we chatted about F1 for a bit. He mentioned his favourite team was Ferrari, and I went "Oh, I'm sorry to hear that." and he laughed and then looked sad for a minute. Welp, that's my off-season F1 story.
