There's no way a full 1400 per person are going to 90% of households and it scales down at 50k. That's not a mathematically possible combination. Also it's peak Dem brain to only deliver aid to people who lost income in 2020 if they do their homework early in 2021. Once this all gets hashed out, I'd love to see a comparison of 2020 aid to people under a R pres and Senate v 2021 aid to people under Dem pres and Senate. Given that this is going to be reconciliation, so it's the only time that can happen in the year, it's looking like 2020 will be ahead for tens of millions of people. Including everyone on unemployment.

This could actually be transformative for some people. A regular, known payment, vs just a one time refund check. I mean kids are expensive, but $300/350 a month per kid can really help.
