We might be getting a new cat sometime soon. There's some cat that's been spending a lot of time at our house for like six months now that we call Christmas. We don't know if he's anyone's cat or not but it seems like he's not doing at all that great with the status quo seeing as how he's not fixed and he keeps coming back here injured in some way. I'm really worried he's going to show up with some grievous injury or simply not at all because he got hit by a car or something.

Lump's gone from the size of an egg to a baseball in a bit over a year so they want to remove it before it's too big to remove. They'll send it off to a pathologist to be tested if they're concerned, but the biopsy early last year showed it was a benign fatty growth so that's good at least. He's a good lumpy boy.

One of my old cats had to get a benign lump removed and lived for many years after that, so I think Dogface will be the same.

Yeah, he's 10.5 years now but his bloodwork came back perfect and he's only a little overweight (so am I so ain't gonna give him poo poo for that). He's in a good place to have this surgery.

Cassie has stopped getting hissed at if she tries to go eat while Maddie is there and she is enthusiastically eating the food. Still has her tube in but she's through most of her meds. I'm expecting it'll be able to come out soon.
