Well don't you know I'm caught in a trap?

Hey birb people, this amazing birb landed on my cat's ramp to the roof today and had a good look at me, does anyone know what it is? Google usually helps me identify all the wonderful Sparrows, Wrens, Nuthatchs, Hummers, Tits, Finches, Barred Owls, Eagles, Falcons etc that stop to say hi and grab a bite to eat on their way North/South every year, but it's failing me on this lovely boy, closest I could find was a bullocks Oriole, Orange color and correct range (PNW) but doesn't seem to have those striking orange streaks on the wings.

Oh sweet, that's it, looks like they spend most of their time in the mountains, and only visit down here during the winter, explains why I haven't seen one, thanks!

A few years back one of these set up a nest behind my apartment and I had to stop wearing my Detroit Red Wings jacket that spring because it would attack me whenever I went out on the balcony.
