There used to be something like ~1 million Norwegians around 1800 and they all lived in a relatively small area in what is now southern Norway. So yes, you most likely are related to the King.

Like all people from Eastern Finland to each other, and to a smaller extend, all whose family tree has Finns in it are relatively closely related to everyone else with Finnish ancestors.
