Why are a couple of the spikes already bent? I know the answer is someone died but maybe there’s another answer?

Braking or turning would put enough force in one place to do it. They didn't start filming the moment it dropped off the jacks. There were certainly some test drives to make sure it worked before they started recording, so who knows what they did to it before.

Not a mistype, he literally shot a .50 cal at a steel plate from point blank and drat near killed himself when bullet pieces came straight back at him.

Today's paper had an article about the city's police force retiring their last Ford Crown Victoria. https://www.thespec.com/news/hamilton-region/2021/02/24/retiring-the-last-hamilton-police-crown-victoria-interceptor.html That may be paywalled. It's a 2011 with low vis markings that the city of Hamilton, Ontario has been using for traffic enforcement. The cops have gotten attached to it and have nicknamed the Red Rocket. Interview with the officer that's been driving it - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kCb-WRUDFAw

It's the 21st century and you really should be able to eyedropper pick any color from an RGB palette and have it put on a new car. Wonder how much an aftermarket paint job on something like an F40 would cost anyway if you pulled it apart properly.
