People would put the word on pictures and stuff but it actually didn't mean anything. Been trying to remember this for a couple weeks now.

There's a ton of *sec words associated with the government because *sec usually means security. Opsec and infosec come to mind. There was antisec (associated with Lulzsec), which was an Anonymous thing around the time you're thinking of, is that it?

No that's not it. Don't want to derail the thread much further but basically it was a creepy word that was in memes and comics and stuff. Maybe even almost pre-internet/maybe bbs days. Saw it on here a bunch back in the day. drat. Anyway sorry for the derail.
