Yeah nothing afp about that sammich. It looks like one of those burgers/Macncheese/cheese sticks/hotdog/nacho cheese monstrosities they sell to drunk college kids around here, but, like, good.

There's soft and there's soup tender. I like soft. But fair play on the ham. It would add flavor to what is vegan mac and cheese made with, from memory, coconut milk. Actually yeah maybe redo it as a ham and cheese soup and I wouldn't blink at it.

Can oven fries not be reverse seared? Like slow cook'em in the oven then sear the outside on a ripping hot skillet or a quick hot deep fry? sous vide your oven fries then subject them to ~500F/260C in a little or a lot of fat for a bit to get them crunchy stringless has a new favorite as of 09:25 on Mar 6, 2021 |
