Biden could defuse a lot of the tension over the minimum wage by just coming and saying "Its still a legislative priority, I am working with the Speaker and Majority Leader to craft a separate bill". But he hasn't and isn't going to do that. Because, and I cannot emphasize this enough, he doesn't give a poo poo.
