She’s talked more than once about going to punk shows and such but never elaborated on it much. I’d like to hear more about that. Also I’m curious if she went to shows when she was at IU’s main campus in Bloomington. It must have been after I went because a koopa at a house show would have stood out to me.

I think that was the "Ok we can't just say that the UK police is capable of brutality and the government is even more enthusiastic about giving them more free reign to do this" view that a lot of papers are going with. Like our portuguese government tv report specifically centered said policeman at the start while the private networks that had Sky News connections centered way more on sentences from women at the vigil before the police went down that specifically tried to avoid spelling out how the woman died.

Did she write the blurb herself? That's a 'yikes' from me! quote:Throughout it all, Frost burned the candle at both ends. She kissed a man in the rain at a train stop after he sang her “The Internationale,” and gave herself hangovers that left her begging for death. But all of the late nights, heated debates, and joyous camaraderie was set against the unmistakable sense that somehow, socialism was winning. I'm guessing the target demographic is Teen Vogue or some poo poo. also quote:She has reported on millennial activism everywhere from the sunny streets of Havana, to the Labour Party’s unexpected victory in the UK, to small towns in her home state of Indiana. is this the parallel reality where Corbyn won?

I’ll probably buy her book because I’ve never paid a dime for this show and I’ve listened to like 200 hours of it and their other book looks like dorky poo poo for losers.

I can't read "burning the candle from both ends" without thinking about Virgil's "she was sucking the dick from both ends" from the Glenn Beck episode. Still salty that didn't make it to the all timers list because it's easily top 5 he, Will, and Matt were vibing hard.
