Even with the best insurance you are still liable for thousands/tens of thousands of dollars for common procedures even without the infinite loopholes you can be hosed with.

Imagine if your water company charged you a different rate for potable water coming out of your kitchen faucet, versus not-potable water coming out of your garage faucet net neutrality has no bearing on twitter letting Trump onto its platform
