It's also for people struggling on their own and can only afford trash frozen and fast food. See that quite a bit with twitch streamers trying to get some money out of it while also working a fulltime job and all. "Taking a quick break for chimken tendies" etc.

That was such a bad time because I could cook that poo poo in 3 minutes, eat it in 3 more, and go back for seconds in 3 more minutes. That phase lasted until I turned a potato into a lump of carbon with a microwave and I was forced to use an oven and stove to cook with.
