I know this is the Internet, where you can spout nonsense without even checking, but the first two issues of Legends are drawn by Brett Booth, who's very good at channeling the 90's. Liefeld hasn't worked on anything more recent than a GI Joe mini-series. One good hint that this isn't Liefeld is that everyone has feet and proper anatomy.
