Why not throw some surplus stuff to law enforcement that doesn't have the same requirements about interoperability, etc? No reason not to make public spending more efficient. Is that an ASI course like vehicle recovery? Because that sounds like some H8 quals poo poo. I know the army throws people in pools from time to time. I picked an mos that didn't have me jumping in pools.

One time someone died so they canned it, one time the generators outside got struck by lightning, and I think someone died again the day before we were supposed to go out for time number 3.
