The HRD for tie-breakers is fine in the minors/independent leagues, but I wouldn't want to see it in the majors. I could be persuaded if we went to a point system like hockey were a tie after 9 gets you 1 point, but whoever wins the tiebreaker gets 2 points. I mean what is the HRD, but the baseball equivalent of the hockey shootout?
