We all eat like normal people. We all eat good food sometimes, and garbage food other times. I would suggest, however, that a thread for posting dinner pics in a cooking forum is more geared toward those times you make good food. Inspire others, give them ideas, show off what you made. No reason to post the garbage.

It is bizarre to me to see people talking about making sodium citrate mac and cheese, an easy and uncomplicated thing to do, and go "no! you're lying on the internet for attention!".

Left over mac 'n' cheese, put them in the sandwich press with extra cheese. A bit bland but real nice when I used my bbq vinegar sauce I had left over from the pulled pork I smoked this weekend.

The lesson for today is that I need more birria crossovers in my life, I guess.

Stupid easy, stupid delicious. The finished consome needed a lot more salt than the recipe called for, though.

I have recently found a large dislike the smell of braised pork right out of the foil the last few rounds.

This confuses and disheartens me.
