If you hate celery you're just doing it wrong. Also just lol at someone calling it "bland" when it's literally an aromatic that's part of the French mirepoix and the Creole "holy trinity", among others. You can dislike it, but it's definitely not bland.

Removing the string from celery is a weird enough concept that it has to be explicitly explained in rabbit care(they can't chew or digest the string so it can cut up their inside)

RFC2324 posted:Removing the string from celery is a weird enough concept that it has to be explicitly explained in rabbit care(they can't chew or digest the string so it can cut up their inside) The alternative method, in both rabbits and human consumption, is to just cut the celery up? Because then the strings are short? The only risk with celery and rabbits is impaction or choking, both of which are addressed by cutting the celery into smaller pieces.

The general advice for rabbit is to just cut it up so the strings can't be longer than half an inch, but humans don't actually need to worry about it so its a non-issue. I wasn't even aware of any issues prior to that was my intended point Also, I am always baffled by ants on a log or whatever you call it because my family always did straight peanut butter and celery, no raisins.

DRINK ME posted:I hated cheese until I left home at 18 because my fathers favourite sandwich was cheese and onion. He’d slice the onion and then slice the cheese with the same knife, leaving invisible raw onion juice behind and I never knew it was that. I just hated the taste. Then I had cheese in the outside world and it was good, then somewhere along the line I learned of all the cheeses of the world and I have loved cheeses for a long time now. No, my dad did that too. He also loved burnt toast and made sure to get as much of that poo poo on the butter as possible. Dads are weird.

The reason that the warehouse workers have to pee in bottles and never take their allotted breaks is because they are constantly monitored and timed on everything that isn't making money for Daddy Bezos. So yeah, no one is ever going to use those boxes.
