Started to slide with full brakes about halfway down the ramp, cue my forklift and the cart gaining a bunch of speed before knocking over 5 peri posts and the rear end end of my forklift stopping against a structural column. I was younger, stupider, and a first year apprentice to boot so instead of telling my foreman to pound sand when he asked/forced me to do it, I just did it. I did have the sense to not bail out of the forklift at least!
