Wow, that�s really cool. I haven�t seen it much but I keep an eye on the AFC CL because there�s always a few Japanese clubs involved and they, much like MLS clubs in CONCACAF, often have interesting times.

And it shows a lack of understanding of what we have to do, and the way that time difference truly affects us. It shows a lack of care for our student athletes.

�That, to me, is something that is egregious, and I don�t care who I piss off, but I think they�re wrong. A lot of our people in our conference are upset too.�

It won't be cancelled. It's probably going to be missing a ton of athletes, have a screwy and poorly executed safety program and have a decent chance of an outbreak wrecking entire events but they will push forward and pretend it's still 100%.

Well, if the Japanese government's vaccine rollout hadn't been terrible it probably wouldn't be in the situation it's in now, but the way things stand more than 10% of their volunteers have quit and more than half the populace still doesn't want the Olympics to be held because of Coronavirus fears now that areas of the country have regressed back into Coronavirus Emergency status.

You guys have the power dynamic backwards. If NBC wants it to go forward, it�ll go forward. Their rights contract with the IOC is enormous.
