Walmart had Xbox Series X available through All Access for around an hour or so earlier this week. They've also shown up off and on at Best Buy and the Microsoft Store, among other places. There are also rumblings that GameStop is going to have a large allocation available this week, but it may be in store only or a fake rumor. Who knows. In Canada the X is starting to be on shelves in Wal-Mart, and when online stores get stock they usually last an entire day. I think everyone wants a PS5 here. And I haven't checked but I think you've been able to reliably just straight buy a Series S almost any time.

I gave my brother my old Xbox One X as a gift when I upgraded to the Series X and he's been playing the hell out of it. Mostly FIFA with his old college buddies but I gave him the 3 month Game Pass trial and he's been checking that out too. He's 40 and my nephews are 4 and 7. You have no excuse.

Yeah basically there were a lot of 'leakers' recently saying it was on target for late this year or early next year meanwhile Schreier was saying the date being put on it was late next year.
