I think it's quite possible for EMF, or anyone, to see someone that has even a diminished amount of power and a heck of a lot of material wealth and physical health and thinks that that is a happy man. But the fact is that those things will never equate to happiness for HHH specifically. He can hire all the best talent he wants but he knows he'll have to watch and publicly defend them being ground under a bootheel and eventually released for the foreseeable future.
