Triple H talk is long gone but it was clear he was the biggest dweeb in wrestling from the moment he got Lemmy Motorhead to make a song about him and it very clearly meant a lot and then Lemmy Motorhead performed it live for an entrance and he didn't give a poo poo and literally had no idea what any of the words were

lol Joe comes back and just immediately makes the NXT Champion look like the punk-rear end he is. I understand that he can't wrestle, but man, I dunno if having him in this enforcer position is gonna be good for NXT because he's just so much cooler and better than everybody that they push down there. But hey, if he's making a good chunk of money to not take any bumps, more power to him.

It would be weird if this didn't lead to Joe wrestling at least a few times. He's easily the most intimidating guy there. But hey, if he's happy there it's not too bad of a job. You don't travel much, especially compared to touring on the main roster, and you aren't ruining your body while collecting a paycheck.

This leads me into a line of thinking: How long does it take, and how much does it cost WWE to produce a line of merch? Like in terms of getting a graphic designer, paying that graphic designer, consulting with the wrestler, having Road Dogg preferring the grey, inventing a catchphrase that hasn't ever been used on TV and wasn't over even if it was etc. Because from a WWE point of view that's a significant investment in terms of both time and money. So to release someone so soon after making said merch, (someone said that Braun Tshirt came out in Feb.) is pretty much throwing that all away. Secondary question: We know that the performer makes very little in terms of T-Shirt sales and WWE takes the lions share. How does that work when they discount them to clear once a wrestler has left the company? Coz them selling that Braun Tshirt after he had been sacked is not the only instance of them doing that. Does the wrestler still get their royalties? Do they get the same amount/percentage? Coz with the bullshit claims the WWE have made that they own a wrestlers likeness and real names etc that they tried to pull when banning them from twitch, I can see them saying "we sacked you, we dont have to pay you a cent. any cash we get from these now worthless T-shirts is ours."
