His bio is amazing, but the book descriptions are also worth a look.quote:This is the most erotic scifi horror novel you will ever read in your entire life. quote:Women have three reproductive chambers, and men have fifteen inch organs of reproduction with expressive faces on them. Two men and two women are required to make a baby, and women have holes in the backs of their heads for receiving another kind of love. quote:This is a dark fantasy/horror novel. It is a character study of wicked people. It is not a story about a sensitive girl who loves her unicorn. This book has vivid love scenes, sensual torture, and bondage. Prude, snowflakes, and the politically correct will ignore this warning in search of outrage, but normal people should enjoy it.

My best guess is, they lower the number of reproductive chambers/size of the expressively faced organs of reproduction? Although vampires making everybody agender as part of a conspiracy to do away with the gender binary sounds pretty great. It's probably part of gay space communism too, after all, if there are no more genders, everybody is gay!

"Humanity is in decline, ravaged by insanity, natural disasters, conflict, disease and infertility. A mysterious new race has risen from the ghettos and ruins of the decaying, dying cities. The young are evolving into a new species, which is stronger, sharper and more beautiful than their forerunners. Androgynous beings, they transcend gender and race. They possess skin psychic abilities and the means, through a process called inception, to transform humans into creatures like themselves. But they are wild in their rebirth and must strive to overcome all that is human within them in order to create society anew. They are the Wraeththu."

This past year I was in a class that dealt with a lot of literature around the American dream, and I got to witness a classmate who had been born in California (iirc) but had lived in Canada for the past ten years or so have a sudden epiphany and then minor crisis in class about the pledge of allegiance. Nice guy, but I think it kind of hit him all at once and he just went "oh no" and rambled a bit at us all for a few minutes. Edit, no wait, I'm mixing up classes. It all blends together when it's from home. This was the class on Nazi Germany literature. He suddenly saw parallels and it freaked him out a bit. I stopped saying the pledge in like third grade and stopped standing for it in sixth. Got sent to the principles office once by a sub over it in high school, principal laughed and sent me back to class. If this had been post Kaepernick I probably would have taken a knee.

Saying a loyalty oath to the state every morning at school is some YA dystopian novel bullshit. It is so hosed up that we make any kid say the Pledge of Allegiance, let alone ones too young to even understand the words in the Pledge.

The Canadian national anthem has some pretty hosed messaging too, from claiming it is our "home and native land" or the French version saying Canada knows how to hold a sword and and a cross and has a history of brilliant deeds. Maybe we should just do the instrumental for a while.
