The spoilers for Doki Doki Literature Club got me to buy it, and while I’m only on the third day, man this is dragging rear end. While I’m positive there are better things I could be doing with my time, when does it take a turn? It’s almost painful playing it straight.

I beat the final final boss in DQ11 without remembering about the mechanic you're supposed to do. It is apparently possible. I was max level, the fight took about an entire hour, and I barely survived, but I did it! If you want a fun time look up a video of someone beating it in two turns.

Kind of want to replay Golf Story again. Might wait on Mario Golf and see if there's talk of adding more courses later. I played the first two at a friend's and they felt a bit too similar for their only being 6 of them. Despite them being just 9 holes in Golf Story each course felt really interesting and unique.

I'm, I'd guess, 3/4 through the story mode in golf and I think it's been good. It's been a very effective tutorial teaching you strategy and mechanics of the game, with a couple of mild difficulty plateaus that felt good to overcome.
